Our goal is to give you the BEST shopping experience, and that includes providing you with a smooth return process! Please read through our return policy below. Return Policy Information
- We accept returns for store credit only. Due to fast turnover of merchandise, returns must be received at Denim & Magnolias within 14 days of the date received.
- Customer pays return shipping and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Merchandise must be in NEW condition - unworn, unwashed, odor free, without makeup or deodorant stains - in order to receive store credit for the returned item(s). Shoes must be returned in the original box and sent inside an additional protective shipping box or polymailer.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit.
- If your return meets all of the above standards, please print and fill out our return form below and include it in your package along with the item(s) you are returning.
- Upon receipt, if your return is not eligible for return for any of the above reasons, we will not issue a return credit, and it is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping to have the items shipped back.
Incorrect/Damaged Merchandise
- If you believe you have received merchandise that is damaged or defective or that we shipped the incorrect product, we MUST be notified within 3 days of receiving the order or it cannot be returned. A photo of the incorrect/defective merchandise must be sent to this email address: dawn@shopdenimandmagnolias.com
Return Processing Time
- All returns are typically processed within 48 hours of our facility receiving the return (excluding holidays and weekends). Please allow up to 5 days for your return to be processed. Once it is processed, we will notify you via email to the address associated with your order.
